This flowering plant belongs to the plant family Apocynaceae. Binomial name of the plant is Tabernaemontana divaricata with a synonym Tabernaemontana coronaria. Common names of this plant are Crape Jesmine, Crepe Jesmine, Pinwheel flower, etc. In Bangladesh, we call this as Togor, Kath Maloti, etc.

Crape Jasmine (Tabernaemontana coronaria) is an evergreen plant having a lovely foliage. It is a shrubby plant grows as a small bush. Leafs are elliptic shaped. Plant produces white sap when torn.

Crape Jasmine (Tabernaemontana coronaria) flowers are having five white waxy petals having a shaped like a star (or wheel). That's why it is also known as Pinwheel flower. It has yellow spot at the middle of the flower. This Jasmine flower doesn't have any strong fragrance.
