There are lot of flowers in nature which use to show up during the morning. Some of those are funnel shaped but different in color. Most of the flowers are too soft and thin, even a soft touch can damage the flower. These are called morning glory flower and are from the family Convolvulaceae(morning glory). My today's flower is from that genre and referred as Red Morningglory, Scarlet Creeper, Redroster, etc. Botanical name of the flower is Ipomoea Coccinea.

Ipomoea Coccinea uses to give red small flower that looks like a funnel. The petals are too thin. Flower blooms at morning and uses to die before the afternoon. It's an attractive flower and is the source of foods for lot of butterflies and other insects. This is a fast growing plant and uses to spread by its seeds. Plant uses to grow around the roadside, fence, stream banks or at any waste land.

Ipomoea Coccinea can be uses as an ornamental plant at the gate or fence. Even this can be used at the wall of a building. At some places this plant is known as invasive for other plants. The seeds of this glory plant are highly toxic, so be careful about that. The root of the plant can be used to inducing the sneezing.
