This is a very tiny flowered weed. So far I didn't find the exact name. This weed belongs to the plant family Scrophulariaceae(Dog flower family) and botanical name is Lindernia crustacea. Its synonym scientific name is Capraria crustacea. This weed is commonly known as Brittle False Pimpernel, Malaysian false pimpernel, etc.
In our country Bangladesh, this is a rainy season weed. You'll find this weed plant producing thousands of very tinny violet, pale purple flowers at your yard, or roadside. The flower are very small, blooms at morning and demises accruing the time progresses. The photos of this article were taken at just after the noon, that is why the flowers are not looking fresh. Also, the flowers are so small that it was hard to focus on those. Possibly the flowers are several millimeters in lengths.
This Brittle False Pimpernel plants don't grow too much in height. This used to dissemble inside the other grasses until the flower blooms. The leafs are small, shaped as a heart, and with toothed around the leafs. This weed used to spread by the seeds carried by ants, or as impurity of crops sometimes. There may have some medicinal uses available which I don't know yet.
Photos of these Brittle False Pimpernel Weeds at the article were taken from Shonargaon(সোনারগাঁও), during my tour at August 2011.
