Nishinda(নিশিন্দা ফুল) - Vitex negundo

আজকের এই ফুলটা নিয়ে আমি খুব একটা জানি না, আবার অনেক কিছুই জানি... দেখে এইটাকে নিশিন্দার মতনই মনে হয়... কিন্তু নিশিন্দার পাতা থাকে ৫ টা ফলকের মতন... আর আমার দেয়া ফুলের পাতায় আছে তিনটা ফলক... এখানেই ঝামেলাটা হয়ে গেছে... অন্যথায় এইটাকে নিশিন্দা বলে নিশ্চিত করা যেত... কোনো জানেওয়ালা ব্যক্তি যদি এই গাছ সম্পর্কে জেনে থাকেন, মন্তব্য করুন...!



Last time my article was on Sagar Nishinda(সাগর নিশিন্দা) which is very much similar to today's flower. I am not sure about its name. May be the botanical name of is Vitex negundo like other Nishinda, and it belongs to the plant family Lamiaceae.



Flowers are almost exact to the Sagar Nishinda(সাগর নিশিন্দা) flower. Only difference is to me is the thickness of the petal, this flower is having crape petals. Otherwise stamen, stigma, shape all are similar.



This plant is a small sized shrubby three. Leafs are tri foliate(not five). You can see this tree at the left side of the road just after the Banani-Gulshan bridge through the road 11. You'll find lot of animal kind of stuffs are placed at that place for beautification. Around those things, you'll find this plant.



If anyone is interested, please let me know the correct name of this flowering plant. This is somewhere around Nishinda(নিশিন্দা ফুল), but I need to know the exact variation name.
